    and play their intruments, they'd call themselves leftover salmon. It's a great hippie/jamband/bluegrass group that know's what they're doing but all in good fun. Any album of theirs is great but they're even better live. Catch them on the festival circuit if you can and have a blast.

    Frequently borrowing from the late great John Hartford (Aereoplane, ...Boogie), and doing it well, these toasted Colorodan's excell on this little live gem that highlights their skills and their ability to make a recording as crisp and clean as the Rocky Mountain air. They're at their best when doing Bluegrass and should stick to it, hone it, polish it, and quit trying to be Mickey Hart bing bang bong bamboo ting ting rub a zebra skin and knock a yak jaw with a bone extended percussion jam band clone...Still, I love this live stuff.....
