What a great album!

Even for my favorite albums in the past, I'd only regularly listen to like half the songs at best. This album stands out as being the only one where I want to keep playing (nearly) every song! Yes, even the new tracks for this extended version of the album! I've liked a number of her past songs, but Faouzia has really figured out a consistently winning formula here, and I've become a big fan of her work. Wishing her all the success, and I look forward to what else she has in store.
Sometimes when you hear a song, it feels instantly catchy, but then quickly gets tiring and you're ready to move on. Other times a song doesn't stick with you until you've heard it a few times, but then becomes a longtime favorite that you can't stop coming back to. A lot of Faouzia's songs fall in the latter category for me, which I think is a good thing, but it means you need to really give the album a chance in order to appreciate it. So I urge everyone to do so.
