Those that are newer to Twigs may need time to sit with this album who are not familiar with her first EPs , but I appreciate Afterglow for having bits of her old style still present here. It’s something that drew me to her when I found her music for the first time 10 years ago- and has stuck with me since. Eusexua and Afterglow compliment each other, and I like both, but this is an addition I personally enjoy a tad more as a long time listener.
