I don’t mind their new sound, but this album is just mediocre. I liked Ohio Players better, sadly. A few good songs, but they need to do a better job with their lyrics because this entire album is just…lazy rhyme schemes. There’s no substance whatsoever to these songs. Disappointed.

Great album. Saw them live at Musikfest 2025. Two days after the release of the album. These songs were great live. Anyone hating on them for not being what they were or not evolving over 20 years needs to get their head checked. Or else it’s all the same.

I got hooked on TBK because of their raw blues stripped down sound. Gritty and soulful. Like most bands they have morphed away from their original sound and this album is no different. It's not terrible but if you want more of the original sound you'll have to look elsewhere. If you liked their last two albums you'll love this. Guess I'll keep looking.

I can never figure out how this dribble gets 4 stars. Overly produced atempt at poorly written songs and musically void of anything inteligable. How so called genius' can fall so far. Shocking money grab.
