I’ve listened to this album multiple times and it’s only become irritating to listen to. Comparing it to their older albums just emphasizes how lacking this album was.

I was not impressed when I first start listening to this album. But it has definitely grown on me and is in high rotation

Aside from those two tracks, this album lacks the ethereal energy this band produced in their My Head is an Animal album. I felt like a traveler on a journey in the aforementioned, whereas in this subject album I find myself bored, skipping tracks. Ahay has a pleasure pop sound that grows on you, but nothing setting it apart stylistically. I’d pass on a purchase.
