The Desired Effect

I can't believe I'm only the second person to leave a comment... WOW! Brandon's music strikes a cord with me that I can't quite describe. The first 3 or 4 songs on the album are good, but tracks 6 through 10 really have great hooks! I love that so many of his lyrics (as with The Killers) have desert themes and references- I am a Utah boy myself who played in the sagebrush as a kid, and still do! A great piece of work here, Brandon. CHEERS!

Everything you do just gets better and better. You’re constantly improving and topping yourself. Just when I think you’re as perfect as perfect can be, you release some new music and it’s even better than ever! I absolutely adore the entire sound of this album. There isn’t a single song that I have an inkling of dislike for. And you make it SO HARD for me to choose a favorite song because they are all so good. I wish more musicians these days would make music like this. But even if there are only a few making great music like this, I’m eternally grateful that you are one of them. Thank you for all the hard work you put into your music, it really shows.
