    As one who has suffered depression for many years, it is always a double-edged sword listening to the work of one who suffered as well. The music speaks volumes, although like a soft blanket which keeps you warm as well as immobile. I can only hope and pray Mr. Drake is in a better place, as I believe I will be.

    Nick Drake truly had a talent, that has unfortunately been overlooked because he never really made it big in his lifetime. But he proves his ability with one of my favorite albums ever. Just a man with a cheap guitar (and also some backing instrumentation) and the music is really simple, but sometimes we need simplicity. In this case, simplicity is beauty. Listen to a few songs, buy the album and learn to appreciate.
