Masterpiece

My favorite live album. No Quarter is a masterpiece. Stairway is beyond fantastic. Jimmy's guitar work is genius! If you only buy live album this is the one. Get the Led out!

This has got to be one of their best albums. The first time I heard it was at a midnight show. And I was hooked they are the best rockers of my generation.

I would suggest this album to anyone - it captures Led Zeppelin at their instrumental peak (Robert's vocals were shot from 1973 to 1976 - though he's doing well for these shows) and every song is fantastic. I only have one problem, and that is that some of the songs are shortened in this remaster. I have an original LP, and No Quarter is two minutes longer. It's definitely my favorite off of the soundtrack, so I'm a tad upset about the length. To make up for it they threw in some unreleased songs and extended Dazed and Confused, so the remaster isn't all that bad. I would still suggest purchasing it though, as I personally can't get enough of this album (hehe).

Great live performance by Led Zeppelin at the height of their career... No Quarter is a masterpiece.

Best Led Zeppelin Live Performance. Jimmy played great and Bronzo was amazing. Robert Plant was great on vocals and John Paul Jones played amazing as always.

From all reports, this was not a good Zep show, and nobody has ever understood how it came to be their only authorized live LP. Remastering it hasn't made it any better.

With updates in sound technology the updates Jimmy has applied to the originals are the best so far. The old is new again and for the Zep fans of yesterday who remember the snap crackle and pop of the needle and vinyl of that era. Thank God we still have Jimmy doing this for his band.
