No wonder why r&b is the least cared about and most dead genre nowadays. This guy is yet another autotune abuser who clearly comes from the school of chris clown and doesn't know anything about real r&b. This kind of music shouldn't even be refered to as r&b anymore, there should be a new genre created called "ghetto pop" because that's what this is. This is the mumble rap of r&b. If you want real r&b listen to Brian McKnight, Johnny Gill, Will Downing, BJ the Chicago Kid etc. Even Bruno Mars the pop artist's last album was more true to r&b than this mediocre "rhythm and beats" garbage.
