A crazy-amazing album by a crazy-amazing artist. a true artist - not one to play around with the formulaic; Kelela enchants not only with a breadth of range in her vocal qualities but also the curious beats within her musical repertoire. Not R&B, not dubstep, not soul, blues, or dance beat, but a sculptural formation of them all summed up in one woman. A ridiculously talented woman at that. She may not be for the mainstream (though she should) but Kelela is singer's singer and an artist exploring a musical world few dare to do. Bravo Kelela

Kelela is on another level. This album is lyrically, musically sophisticated and sexy as hell. The production is impeccable. I have to listen to it at least once daily and I think I discover something new each time I listen. Cannot receommend enough. She is also incredible live, even better than the tracks. So grateful to experience the fruits of such talent and dedication.
