Fitting end to a Great career. Merle was, and will always be my Country Music Hero. He was known for being a maverick his entire career. Merle telling off record executives are among my favorite stories about him. Here is the last song he wrote, and recorded. From what I gather, he wrote and recorded this when his doctors told him to be getting his rest. Working Man to the end! I hope I can say the same when its my time to go. Thank you Merle, for this final goodbye.
