American Graffiti is probably my favorite soundtrack next to Dazed And Confused but iTunes doesn’t give us all the songs. Great songs from the original soundtrack like “Get A Job”, “Chantilly Lace”, “The Book Of Love”, and more are missing. Buy a CD version instead. I am glad they kept “Since I Don’t Have You” by The Skyliners, “I Only Have Eyes For You” by The Flamingos, and “Barbara Ann” by The Regents. I think it’s good nonetheless. I am also glad they kept 4/7 of the Wolfman Jack intros. He also doesn’t introduce Barbara Ann but closes it. The only Wolfman Jack cuts they’re missing are “Fannie Mae”, “The Book Of Love”, and “Green Onions”. I’m gonna buy this as soon as I get the checks because it’s not meant to have all the songs on it, hence HIGHLIGHTS From The Soundtrack of American Graffiti. I recently just purchased the album and here are my thoughts: 1. When you listen to “Runaway” by Del Shannon you’ll notice that there is a very noticeable key change to the original 2. Wolfman Jack does not introduce “Barbara Ann” by The Regents but instead gives a weather report at the end. Really funny. He also talks to a girl during a part of “To The Aisle” by The Five Satins. 3. Great album The idea is a great concept but it was executed a bit poorly but nonetheless one of the greatest oldies compilations of all time.
Don't buy until you read this.

Despite the cover, this is not the original soundtrack album. It's only about half of the songs on the old cassette you're trying to replace. Shame on Apple and Geffen for the bait and switch!
