This soundtrack is honestly the sound of a generation. I was 10 years old when A Goofy Movie came out on VHS, and I watched it over and over again. The music wasn’t just part of the movie — it was the movie. “Eye to Eye” and “Stand Out” still instantly take me back to being a kid sitting in front of the TV with no worries in the world. Somehow this goofy Disney movie ended up having one of the most memorable and emotional soundtracks of the entire ‘90s.

Giving it 4 stars because Tevin Campbell deserves all of them, but Disney being the capitalist money hungry company they are, literally making the best two songs on this album where you have to pay for them, is absolutely diabolical. Tevin, these stars are for you, not Disney. 😤
